Helena is our most unadorned product: a double fermented clear koji spirit. The blend combines a base flavor of sweet, floral notes from koji nuttiness and toasted bread notes from barley that give way to a bright, crisp umami finish.
1 part Helena blend
3 parts cold-brewed Jasmine green tea
Pour the spirit in a glass over ice and add the ice cube
Top it up with iced green tea and slowly swirl the mix
Use lemon verbena as garnish
For sweetness add a dash of honey and a dash of lemon juice for acidity
*For all of our serve recipes we recommend using around 30-40ml of our spirits and 120ml of mixer, depending on individual preferences. We also suggest using larger ice cubes to delay dilution.
